 Eligibility criteria

Applicants must be Indian Citizen and should hold the domicile of Mizoram.

The minimum educational requirement for admission in D.Ed is 12th class pass from recognized board of Mizoram or Central Board.

Any institute conducts entrance examination for admission in D.Ed, candidates should secure the minimum qualifying marks in D.Ed Entrance exam for getting admission in the D.Ed course.

Admission Procedure for D.Ed

Some institutes may offer admission by entrance test. In that case, first of all, eligible candidates will apply for the D.Ed Entrance Test which will be conducted in all districts of Mizoram.

After commencement of entrance test, result and merit list will be issued and candidates, who will manage to pass the entrance test, will be eligible for admission in D.Ed. Admission will be provided on the purely rank basis and the availability of seats in the institute.

While some institutes provide direct admission on D.Ed. in Mizoram state. The eligible candidates can go directly to the institute or college, fill the application form and after paying the admission fee; they will get admission in D.Ed. course in that college.
