Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya is the dream of Bhagat Phool Singh Ji. Bhagat Phool Singh Ji started a GURUKUL for girls with only three students in 1936 at Khanpur Kalan village of Sonipat district of Haryana. After dying Bhagat Phool Singh, his daughter Subhashini Ji worked hard and start many institutions like BPS Memorial Girls’ College, BPS College of Education, MSM Ayurvedic College, MSM Ayurvedic College and many more institutes. And Finally in November 2006, The Mahasabha Gurukul Vidyapeeth was turned into Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya.

Admission Procedure of BPSMV University
- Online applications are invited for admission in various courses like Ph.D., M. Phil., UG Courses, PG Courses, Diploma and Certificate courses for the academic session 2017-2018.
- Students can also apply with offline mode. Admission form will be available at the university counter on cash payment of INR 130/-.
Fees Structure:-
- Admission Application Form Fee For General Category Students Is RS. 500/-
- For SC/BC Candidates of Haryana, Form Fee is 125/- only.
